Investment Operations Specialist

Facet is seeking an Investment Operations Specialist to join their team. As an Investment Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing operational support to Facet's investing services. This includes processing new accounts, account maintenance, transfers, reconciling accounts, and assisting with ad-hoc investment operations tasks. You will also assist with custodian relationships, maintaining the database of securities and holdings, and monitoring cash flows. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare new account forms for our members
• Process maintenance requests for account services such as ACH, beneficiaries, and address changes
• Monitor and track cash flows and transfers from other financial institutions
• Assist with custodian relationships and operational requests
• Maintain the database of securities and holdings
• Prepare daily/monthly reconciliations
• Work with the investment team to resolve any investment-related issues
• Assist with ad-hoc investment operations tasks

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in investment operations
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Familiarity with custodian operations is a plus
• Must be able to meet and consistently maintain the minimum WiFi standards in order to efficiently work in the Company’s environment, and effect quality online connections
  • A minimum of 15+Mbps upload speed, 50Mbps download speed, and a latency of under 100
  • If these WiFi speeds are not met, it will be the employee’s responsibility to troubleshoot and potentially upgrade to meet the minimum speed

• $60,000- $65,000 annual salary + bonus determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant - Please note, our salary ranges are based on current market data.
