The expected ENTRY pay range for this position based on experience and equity within the Judicial Branch is $62,066.00 to $69,625.00.

This position is Exempt under the FLSA.

The Logistics Administration Supervisor manages the department’s equipment, fleet, inventory, and provides direction and oversight to of the equipment unit staff within Juvenile Probation.

Position Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma

Experience:

  • Five (5) years of progressively responsible court, legal, logistics, or probation experience including two (2) years of supervisory or lead experience. 

OR

Combined Education and Experience Qualifications:

  • An equivalent combination of post-secondary education and job-related experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of:

  • Supervisory practices and principles.

  • Implementing and managing administrative and logistics functions, goals, policies, and procedures within an organization.

  • Customer service standards and practices.

  • Budgeting and accounting practices.

Skill in:

  • Supervising and evaluating assigned staff and coordinating the work of subordinates.

  • The use of computer applications, including email, spreadsheets, databases and word processing software.

  • Decision making by considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and choosing the most appropriate one.

Ability to:

  • Plan, organize and implement activities in a team environment.

  • Use effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks at one time with numerous interruptions in a high volume, fast paced environment.

  • Think critically, be accurate, organized, and have attention to detail.

  • Communicate information and ideas, both orally and in writing, so others will understand in a way that is appropriate to the needs of the audience.

  • Resolve conflicts in a way that achieves desired solutions.

  • Establish healthy and productive working relationships with others.

Essential Job Tasks
