We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Manager to join our team and lead the onboarding process for our sub-distributors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, operational knowledge, and be process-oriented. The Onboarding Manager will be responsible for managing the onboarding process from start to finish, working in a challenging environment with strict deadlines, and must be able to prioritize workload.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement onboarding procedures for sub-distributors
- Act as the primary point of contact for sub-distributors during the onboarding process
- Ensure sub-distributors receive all necessary information, training, and resources to successfully onboard
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Develop and manage project plans and timelines to ensure timely completion of onboarding activities
- Monitor progress and ensure all necessary activities are completed on time
- Analyse data and feedback to continuously improve the onboarding process
- Ensure all relevant documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of onboarding activities
Required Experience and Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar onboarding role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong operational knowledge, with the ability to understand and manage complex operational processes
- Highly process-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong project and campaign management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload
- Ability to work in a challenging environment, meet strict deadlines, and work under pressure
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to analyse data and feedback to continuously improve the onboarding process
- Excellent English (both verbal and written) skills
Preferred Experience and Skills
A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, project management, or finance
