Customer Service Representative

Then, we have an exciting career opportunity in business development as a Customer Service Representative at ARCO Electric in Shelbyville, IN.

ARCO, a division of Kirby Risk Corporation, manufactures Roto-Phase Converters, Power Factor Correction Capacitors, and Bus Bar Assemblies.

• A service-minded individual with drive?
• Talented at establishing new business and growing existing accounts?
• Able to work with team members at all levels across the organization?
• Skilled at managing projects and seeking new opportunities?


The role is for you if you value and possess:
• Associate degree or college-level coursework in a related field with electrical systems knowledge
• 2 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, such as schematics and wiring diagrams.
• A solid understanding of business operations and processes
• Effective time-management skills.
• A strong attention to detail.
• Internally motivated to be successful.

Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, travel may be required to customer locations or to training.
