This is a remote position.
Job Highlights:
Contract type: Independent Contractor
Monday to Friday from 9AM to 6 PM with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Lead and manage all social media accounts for the law firm
Create and curate content that aligns with the firm’s brand and objectives
Develop strategies to increase engagement and grow the firm’s social media presence
Provide regular reports on social media performance and recommend improvements
Stay updated on social media trends and best practices in the legal industry
Content Support:
Collaborate with executives to understand content topics and themes aligned with quarterly objectives and firm goals.
Assist in developing and maintaining a content calendar that reflects the firm's strategic initiatives and areas of expertise.
Coordinate bi-weekly cycles to capture content from executives through audio recordings or interviews.
Edit and proofread content for clarity, tone, spelling, and grammar, ensuring it aligns with the legal industry's standards.
Return drafts to executives for approval and incorporate feedback promptly.
Schedule approved content using company-approved scheduling tools.
Social Media Management:
Monitor social media platforms (LinkedIn, Threads, Instagram, etc.) for comments, messages, and engagement related to executives' posts.
Engage professionally with clients, prospects, and key stakeholders on behalf of team members.
Respond to inquiries and comments promptly, maintaining the firm's reputation for excellence and responsiveness.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze social media metrics for each executive and the firm as a whole.
Prepare regular reports highlighting performance and insights.
Workflow Management:
Support internal workflows related to content creation, approval, and publication.
Ensure all content adheres to Holt Law's brand guidelines and accurately reflects each executive's professional voice.
Coordinate with team members to align messaging and campaigns across the firm.
Executive Support:
Serve as a liaison between the executive team and other departments regarding social media and communication activities.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Assist executives with tasks related to their online presence as needed.
Requirements
Significant experience in social media management, preferably in the legal or professional services industry
Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
Experience with content creation and graphic design tools like Canva
Ability to work collaboratively with executives and marketing professionals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
