Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management, quality assurance, and safety management expertise in a new cutting-edge field.
As our new Project Quality & Safety Manager, you'll serve as the independent voice of the customer within the project, ensuring quality and safety expectations are met and exceeded. You’ll specifically take care of developing, implementing, and continuously improving the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP), but also facilitating collaboration across project teams and driving project success through rigorous quality and safety controls.
We’ll look to you for:
- Being the customer's champion and leading with excellence in project quality and safety management.
- Guiding project teams in understanding quality contributions and managing coordination and synchronization of all quality métiers supporting the project.
- Supporting project execution controls, including quality and safety alerts management, technical modifications quality, and compliance control.
- Facilitating problem-solving during the project execution phase and improving project quality performance.

- A graduate or Post-Graduate Degree in Engineering with Project Management background, and a Lean Six Sigma qualification is desirable.
- Awareness of processes and products delivered in the project, experience in managing quality tools and problem-solving tools.
- 8 - 10 years of experience in operational activities, documentation management, teams/people management, and the ability to influence cross-functional/geographically distributed teams.
- Knowledge of Railway Industry standards, Quality Management Systems, and internal audits is desirable.
- Process orientation, customer focus, data-driven decision-making, rigorous communication skills, and knowledge of Quality standards (ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI...) and quality tools.
