Business Development Director: US CYBERCOM

Core Responsibilities:
- Clearly conversant with US Cyber Command priorities and opportunities; the ideal candidate has several years of US CYBERCOM operational and technical experience and/or Cyber Programs of Records (POR).
- Ability to demonstrate extensive expertise in full spectrum cyber operations with a concentration within offensive cyber/offensive security operations; ideal candidate has understanding of DoD/SOCOM Information Warfare, C5ISR, and intelligence operations, capability requirements, and corresponding solutions implementation.
- Ability to maintain an extensive network of US CYBERCOM contacts and leverage those relationships to support lead generation and business growth through progressive customer engagements.
- Must be able to develop and sustain trust-based relationships. Must be passionate about solving customer problems, be results driven, and actively support all of SIXGEN's business development lifecycle that results in the award of programs.
- Demonstrated outstanding communications and interpersonal skills (oral and written).
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5 years of successful Business Development experience, with demonstrated success with shaping and winning competitively awarded prime service contracts, prime task orders, and/or OTAs within the CISA and/or DoD customer cyber base(s). BPAs, MAC, MA-IDIQ and/or sub awards are secondary. Additional benefit if the applicant has cyber product sales experience in the same customer base (however, services are priority initial focus). Must be able to specifically cite direct shaping efforts that result in wins. Must be able to discuss business development/growth best practices and personal lessons learned for both contract wins and losses.
