Senior Project Coordinator

WSP is currently initiating a search for a full-time Senior Project Coordinator for our Orlando, FL office. We will also consider employees in our Sunrise, FL location. Be involved in projects with our Property and Buildings Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges.
Your Impact
- Supports Project Management with contract administration
- Works with Project Management to obtain data needed to complete agreements
- Prepares project related reports and analysis
- Assists with document controls in support of the project execution from contracting through RFIs, submittals, and final close out
- Coordinates and communicates with internal stakeholders including to provide timely and accurate information
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 5 or more years of experience, recently concentrated in an administrative role
- Proficient in MS Word, Acrobat Pro, and generally the MS Office Suite
- Detail oriented, highly organized, possess strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to work with virtual team members in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures
- Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an administrative role for an engineering consulting firm
- AS Degree
