As our Program Support, you'll be the friendly face and organizational wizard that clients, families, and team members count on.Position Title: Program Support
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Full Time
Hours: Monday-Friday 40 hours/week
Required Travel: Minimal
Salary: Hiring Range: $19.34-$21.08/hour DOQ

- Help coordinate events, trainings, and host home recruitment

Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Friendly, professional demeanor
- Readiness to learn our electronic documentation system
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
BONUS POINTS FOR:
- Experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with medical records or healthcare documentation
- Customer service background that shows you know how to keep people happy
