MVC / RCM Learning Enablement Manager

The MVC / RCM Learning Enablement Manager establishes, governs, and enables learning assets that support Managed Vision Care (MVC) and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) across AEG Vision.
Aligned to Learning & Development and dedicated to MVC/RCM, this role focuses on content creation, learning asset management, and learning standards, ensuring training resources are clear, accurate, and designed for retention, efficiency, and scale. The role defines and governs MVC/RCM learning assets, including updates, removals, legally required resources, and assignment logic, in partnership with the LMS team, and develops core field-facing content and supplemental learning resources.
This role primarily enables MVC/RCM stakeholders through well-designed learning assets, guidance, and facilitation resources that support effective delivery and reinforcement with their audiences.
The Learning Enablement Manager partners closely with MVC/RCM leadership to identify opportunities where training resources can streamline execution, support compliance needs, and improve ROI, while building a stable and scalable foundation for future MVC/RCM onboarding and development.
Content Design & Development
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality learning assets for MVC/RCM audiences, including eLearning modules, slide decks, job aids, reference guides, and supplemental learning resources.
- Apply adult learning theory and instructional design standards to ensure clarity, retention, and practical application.
- Develop core field-facing content that improves understanding, consistency, and usage of MVC/RCM practices.
- Create streamlined training assets intended for learning assignments and reinforcement (not process documentation).
- Leverage content creation tools and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to improve efficiency and scalability.
Learning Asset Governance & Management
- Own MVC/RCM learning asset standards and lifecycle governance, including content updates, retirement, and version control.
- Partner with the LMS team to define assignment logic, access requirements, and required learning updates.
- Ensure learning assets remain current with payor, system, compliance, and operational changes.
- Maintain learning standards that reduce duplication and improve long-term usability.
Stakeholder Enablement & Partnership
- Partner with MVC/RCM stakeholders to support learning execution through clear, effective assets and guidance.
- Ensure training materials are designed for stakeholders to confidently review, reinforce, and apply with their audiences.
- Provide facilitation guidance, tools, and resources when targeted delivery support is identified.
- Support stakeholder-led initiatives by designing essential training slides and learning resources aligned to specific business needs.
- Participate in regular MVC/RCM business review discussions to identify opportunities where learning resources can improve execution efficiency and ROI.
Program Support & Future Development
- Collaborate annually with MVC/RCM stakeholders to support compliance-related training needs.
- Meet regularly with MVC/RCM leadership to assess learning needs and propose scalable solutions.
- Support the phased development of MVC/RCM department onboarding and internal training programs, projected to begin in a future phase.
- Ensure learning solutions align with enterprise learning strategy and organizational growth.
- Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Managed Vision Care (MVC), including a strong understanding of vision insurance plans (eligibility, plan structure, billing workflows, and common operational challenges).
- Hands-on experience in optical or healthcare practice environments, including POS and practice management systems, patient care workflows, and insurance navigation and billing processes.
- Clear understanding of common obstacles practices face related to managed care, revenue cycle accuracy, and patient experience.
- Ability to translate complex operational processes into clear, learner-friendly training assets that support retention and application.
- Functional, applied understanding of adult learning theory with demonstrated ability to design, build, and manage training assets that improve efficiency and real-world performance.
- Intermediate or higher experience working with content creation tools, LMS platforms, or similar systems, with the ability to ramp quickly using self-guided resources.
