Join our team! The Stonehaus at Westlake Village Inn & Spa is currently hiring Part-Time Food Runner/Busser. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply. 

Compensation: $16.50 per hour + tips

General Responsibilities:

• Transport food and beverage orders from the kitchen or bar to guests in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
• Double check all orders before delivery to ensure accuracy, presentation, and that all items are complete
• Provide excellent customer service by anticipating guests' needs, answering questions about menu items, and addressing any concerns promptly
• Ensure the pick-up station area remains clean, organized, and stocked
• Work closely with baristas, kitchen staff, and wine stewards to ensure the smooth flow of service and maintain high standards of quality
• Assist in maintaining the dining areas - bussing and sanitizing tables
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and health regulations, including proper food handling
• Strive to exceed guest expectations by providing courteous, efficient, and professional service

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-paced environment
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for long periods of time
• Must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to stand and walk for entire shift (up to 8 hours)
