Responsibilities
The office manager is responsible for providing superior customer service through all clinic activities. The office manager demonstrates the understanding of all business office processes and is responsible for supervising and directing all business office personnel in the areas of scheduling, insurance verification, billing, quality, admission process, accounts payable, physician liaison and medical records.The office manager is responsible to supervise employees and participates in the selection, orientation, counseling and evaluation of staff. The office manager demonstrates exceptional communication and follow through skills to ensure the delivery of efficient services are provided at the Center. The office manager maintains physician and patient confidentiality throughout all clinical processes and participates in establishing goals and objectives for the department.
Qualifications
Education and Work Experience
1. High School Diploma 2. Bachelor’s degree in health services administration or any related course or comparable experience preferred 3. Previous office experiences preferred
