HR Officer

Who you are?

• You are available 4 days a week (32 hours);
• You have a good administrative background and skills
• Your Dutch is perfect and your English is excellent, both spoken and written;
• You have strong communication skills
• You are accurate and you work in a structured way
• You are flexible and solution oriented
• You have experience in working with different HR systems and tools
• You are used to working in a dynamic and international environment

What will you do? HR support:

• You ensure that the inflow, throughput and outflow administration is always in order
• You update all personnel information in the HR system
• You prepare the monthly payroll in cooperation with ADP
• If applicable you take care of all necessary steps to apply for a 30% ruling
• You take care of the onboarding of new colleagues and involve the Talent Acquisition Manager, HR Manager and Office Manager
• You are responsible for maintaining the HR inbox
• Together with the Operations department you are responsible for hiring Interns
• Knowledge of Microsoft packages
