Client Service KYC - German Speaker

At Winning Consulting, we are on the lookout for Client Service - German Speaker to be part of our dynamic team. This role involves working on an exciting project for one of our key clients in the banking sector, based in our Madrid office. (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Management of new client portfolio: email, telephone, chat...etc.
• Onboarding process and KYC requests.
• Continuous communicate con compliance team and global team.
• KYC Reports and client handling.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Client-oriented.
• Proficiency in English and German.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with sound reasoning in service delivery.
• Familiarity with AML and compliance process.
