Lead, Maintenance Services provides leadership and operational oversight for maintenance support activities across facilities. This role ensures that all maintenance work is performed safely, efficiently, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement in facilities maintenance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate proactive safety leadership to the Maintenance Support Services team.
- Responsible for the safety and wellbeing of the Maintenance Services execution team, leads by example to set and maintain a positive safety culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
- Ensure competent labor availability to cover critical facilities maintenance activities.
- Provide oversight and leadership to all maintenance disciplines as required, not just the Services team, including Instrument & Controls, Electrical, Mechanical, Specialist Vendors and Contractors upholding the One-Team approach
- Stakeholder in the development, implementation, and ongoing support of the Integrated Activity Planning & Scheduling process for RGLNG
- Provide input and continued review of Preventative & Corrective Maintenance Plans aligned to the equipment selected for this facility.
- Lead the execution activities for all SCE, Statutory, and Federal Regulations and manage associated compliance processes including deferrals, backlog etc.
- Accountable for the Maintenance Support Services execution activities of all breakdown, corrective and preventative maintenance in the facility (grounds, janitorial, HVAC, elevators, buildings)
- Provide support to the leadership of the Turnaround Team prior and during Turnarounds
- Lead site teams in the execution of the Major Maintenance of plant and unit shutdowns
- Responsible to safely complete all planned activities on the locked schedule, maximizing tool time and minimizing cost & deferrals.
- Stakeholder in the review of materials and parts optimization ensuring compliance with environmental requirements.
- Demonstrate continuous improvement, value adding programmes, and cost saving initiatives.
- Provide coverage for the Maintenance Superintendent as required.
- Deliver the required maintenance execution meetings, including HSSE meetings, pre-starts, work allocation tasks, toolboxes etc.
- Attend execution Workfront's on a daily basis
- Participate as a member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT) to support on-site emergencies.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- HS Diploma/GED
- Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience in LNG, Oil & Gas, or Petrochemical industries, with at least 5 years in a maintenance execution leadership role.
- Proven track record leading Maintenance Support Services teams across multiple disciplines (building maintenance, civil, grounds, Janitorial, HVAC, elevators)
- Strong understanding of maintenance compliance programs, including Safety Critical Elements (SCE), Statutory, and federal requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead safe work execution in a live operating environment.
- Experience managing integrated maintenance schedules and coordinating across Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering functions.
- Proficiency with CMMS systems (SAP or similar) and understanding of maintenance planning processes.
- Competent in reading and interpreting technical drawings (P&ID, Isometrics, GA).
- Experience in applying MOC, FMEA/FMECA, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Physically able to meet the role’s demands, including field presence and ERT participation.
