Job Title: Salesforce Architect -Pega to Salesforce Transformation
Your role
- Architectural Leadership: Lead the architectural design and implementation of the transformation from Pega to Salesforce Core cloud, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
- Solution Design: Develop comprehensive solutions utilizing Salesforce Core cloud and Omni Studio, specifically for Account Management functionalities.
- Technical Oversight: Provide technical oversight and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
- Integration Management: Oversee the integration of Salesforce with existing systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed architectural documentation and provide training to ensure knowledge transfer and sustainability.
Your skills and experience

Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Salesforce architecture, with specific experience in Pega to Salesforce transformations.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Core cloud, Omni Studio, and Account Management functionalities. Strong knowledge of integration tools and cloud computing.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).

Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or similar certifications.

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the telecom and media industries, particularly in the context of Radio.
