Clinical Research Assistant
Job Description:Data Entry and Filing:
Protocol and EDC training for each trial you are assigned to;
Data entry into EDC systems;
Enter planned or completed visit dates into OnCore.
Document filing in subject binders and regulatory binders;
Scanning and uploading research documents, as instructed.
Query Resolution:
Query resolution in EDC systems;
Updating subject document for consistency with EDC updates, or flagging documents for further review by CRC or PI;
Communicate with external stakeholders (CRAs, Monitors, Data Managers) regarding data entry and query resolution priorities to meet sponsor/CRO deadlines.
Subject Travel & Reimbursement:
Entry of travel expenses into vendor sites for reimbursement to subjects;
Redaction of identifying information on subject travel receipts and upload into vendor sites;
Entry of visit stipends into vendor sites for payment to subjects.
$19.00 to $21.00 per hour commensurate with experience
Minimum Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent and one year of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:- Detail oriented and excellent time management skills.
- Coordinate multiple tasks and work independently and productively in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Ability to collaborate with faculty and staff at multiple levels, and maintain working relationships with company representatives.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Adobe, OnCore, and various clinical research EDC platforms.
- Prior clinical research experience.
Work schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm; some flexibility may be needed depending on patient needs.
