The Scheduling Supervisor responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Daily review of scheduled products in each pharmacy
- Ensure all doses have been accepted in Pharmacy Management Application and Reserved capacity does not exceed Planned capacity.
- Ensure all dose disruptions have been documented internally and externally.
- Ensure all ETAs resulting in late/missed dose deliveries and disruptions have been communicated and appropriately documented.
- Proactively reviews Scheduling staffing daily to ensure phones are covered from 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. EST daily.
- Timely reporting of Adverse Events/ Product Complaint inquiries received in accordance with SOP and good manufacturer practices.
- Team development and training
- Ensure that all team members receive the training needed to be proficient in their roles.
- Provides consistent, timely coaching and development for direct reports for a functional area.

Requirements:
- Previous personnel/team management experience required
- 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry preferred
- High School diploma, AS or BS Management degree preferred
- Previous experience leading customer service teams is a plus

The annual base pay for this position is:
Min $72,200 - Max $108,300Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
