POSITION PURPOSE: We're looking for a strong leader to guide our training team and help shape how our health centers work every day. In this role, you'll design and lead training programs that support our big-picture goals, while also helping to run smooth operations and support cross-team projects. YOUR DAY- TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and lead impactful training programs that align with PPNNE’s strategic goals.
- Supervise the training and support teams, ensuring staff are well-equipped to respond to health center needs.
- Manage our training platform (CAL)—assigning courses, tracking compliance, and supporting required drills and certifications.
- Drive improvements in health center operations by maintaining workflows, leading special projects, and streamlining processes.
- Oversee training compliance and budgets, ensuring all training meets organizational, state, and grant requirements.
- Support technology rollouts and system optimization, including EHR, Microsoft 365, and telehealth tools.

COMPENSATION:
- Pay Range - for this position is based on years of relevant work experience. Candidates with 3-6 years of experience can expect to earn between $72,000 – 86,000 per year. As experience increases, so does the rate of pay.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Bachelor’s degree in health care, business administration, health care science, education or related field and at least 3-5 years relevant experience working in a clinical health care setting and supervisory leadership experience (strongly preferred); or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired
- Experience with Epic Ambulatory (preferred)
- Commitment to issues around reproductive rights
- Flexibility, initiative, creative and curious thinking and an ability to learn quickly is required
- Travel within Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont is required, and overnight stays and/or extended work hours are essential to this position
- Ability to adapt to different adult learning styles
