In this role, you will implement, develop, and maintain a corporate networks and backup solution. You will also support the continuous functioning of IT-related systems and technical infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues independently or with external partners, and optimize IT processes.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Designing, implementing, and maintaining backup solutions and network infrastructure (LAN,WLAN).</li><li>Automating network operations using tools such as Ansible, Python, Terraform.</li><li>Configuring and managing network devices (Dell, Ruckus).</li><li>Monitor and ensure the stability and continuity of corporate networks and associated services like network shares etc.</li><li>Identify, troubleshoot, and proactively prevent technical issues.</li><li>Secure corporate networks following cybersecurity best practices.</li><li>Evaluate and implement technical solutions to meet company needs.</li><li>Optimize IT processes for resource utilization and system scalability.</li><li>Provide third-line support for end-users regarding managed systems.</li><li>Share knowledge within the team regarding supported technologies.</li><li>Create technical documentation for ongoing work and implementations.</li><li>Support other departments within the global IT structure.</li><li>Maintenance and operation of server rooms and distribution points.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.</li><li>Knowledge of network technologies: routing, switching, VPN, firewall, SDN, 802.1x.</li><li>Knowledge of network services: DNS, DHCP, IPAM</li><li>Knowledge of network monitoring systems (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus)</li><li>Knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows server operating systems.</li><li>Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.</li><li>Basic knowledge of server hardware, Active Directory administration.</li><li>Independence, proactiveness, and effective work organization skills.</li><li>Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Certifications:</strong></p><ul><li>CCNA, CCNP.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Working mode</strong></p><ul><li>Relocation to Warsaw is required.</li><li>Office-First: working primarily from the Warsaw studio in a full time or hybrid mode.</li></ul><p><strong>Relocation support</strong></p><ul><li>Relocation package – flight ticket, company apartment for your first month, relocating your pet, shipping your belongings: it’s all covered. </li><li>Relocation assistance — processing your legalization operations for you, assistance with finding residence, tax settlements - all you need to feel right at home is taken care of.</li><li>Polish lessons for foreign employees — and for your spouse or partner, too.</li><li>Paid Leave — from 20 to 26 days of holiday for every team member per year, paid sick leave, and paid maternity &amp; paternity leave.</li></ul><p><strong>Perks &amp; Professional Growth </strong></p><ul><li>Flexible working hours — start your workday anytime between 8:00 and 10:00 AM.</li><li>Trainings, lectures and courses — internal workshops, external training for each employee, ‘Meet a star’ events, knowledge-sharing initiatives, online tutorials, and e-learning classes are all available.
