$69,700.00 - $104,600.00

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

THE JOB:

A Senior Executive Stewarding Manager leads the stewarding department, ensuring smooth daily operations and team performance. This role involves managing budgets, overseeing inventory and vendor relations, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, the manager addresses operational challenges, implements improvement strategies, and works to optimize department efficiency and service quality.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Department Management: Supervise daily operations in the stewarding department to ensure efficiency and goal achievement. Maintain appropriate staffing levels and plan training to enhance team performance.
• Financial Management: Review monthly budgets and profit and loss statements to monitor financial performance. Address any financial concerns and work with managers to improve results.

• Employee Management and Development: Create a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee satisfaction. Oversee hiring, training, and personnel records while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

• Vendor and Regulatory Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and regulatory bodies to meet departmental needs and ensure compliance. Manage purchasing for Food & Beverage outlets to support smooth operations.

• Interdepartmental Communication: Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth collaboration and operational efficiency. Address any interdepartmental issues to support overall operations.
• Compliance: Ensure that all departmental activities adhere to company policies and legal requirements. Regularly review and update compliance measures to avoid issues.
• Catering and Banquets: Attend all catering and banquet meetings. Logistic distribution of staff, supplies and equipment.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 6 years of Stewarding Management experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
