• Location: San Francisco, CA. This role is based 2 days per week out of our San Francisco, HQ and is not eligible for full-time remote work. 
• Compensation: The annual salary range for this role is 158,000-170,000 USD in addition to equity and benefits.

As Gem’s Senior Technical Recruiter, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting while partnering directly with our CTO, Head of Product, and other technical leadership to engage with top talent for our Engineering, Product, and Design Org. You'll report directly to me, Gem's Head of People, and work alongside some wonderful peers.

What You’ll Do:

• Own full-lifecycle recruiting for our Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams
• Collaborate with hiring managers to scope and design interview processes
• Drive sourcing, including creative and traditional strategies
• Own communication between the interview teams and drive velocity of hiring
• Coach interviewers and managers on interviewing and closing best practices
• Report on pipeline health in a data-driven manner using Gem
• Be a thought partner with leadership on how to build a world-class EPD team
