Job Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Junior Communications Coordinator (English/Spanish) to support the development and delivery of internal and external communications. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and eager to grow professionally in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing written communications, such as announcements, talking points, presentations, and printed materials in both English and Spanish

• Translate documents and materials to ensure bilingual accessibility

• Support internal communication efforts, including staff updates, memos, and event information

• Help coordinate event logistics and represent the brand at community outreach events

• Respond to inquiries from clients, team members, and the public in a timely and professional manner

• Organize communication records and ensure consistency in messaging

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or related field preferred

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)

• Strong writing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills

• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
