Project Overview:

Louisiana LNG is located approximately 11 miles southwest of Lake Charles, Louisiana. The project includes a mid-scale, mixed-refrigerant Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility on the west side of the Calcasieu River. There are five identical process plants. Each process plant consists of one gas pre-treatment unit, one condensate stabilization unit, and four Chart heavy hydrocarbon (HHC) removal and liquefaction groups. The facility will include associated utilities, refrigerant storage, three 235,000m3 full-containment LNG storage tanks, and three marine berths. 

 

Job Summary:

In this role, you will participate in field subcontract administration and may be required to undertake field subcontract formation. Subcontract administration includes continual progress review, forecasting, and communication of difficulties. You will work with your assigned subcontracts to drive delivery of quality work in accordance with the subcontract scope of work and terms and conditions. Your work will ensure subcontract compliance with project requirements. Subcontract formation (if required) includes leading preparation and review of bid request packages and developing project contracts operating procedures.  #LI-CS1

 

Major Responsibilities:

Subcontract Management

• Implements the Supply Chain Assignment Schedule which records the Project’s agreed assignment of various subcontract management tasks and the Standard Work Process Procedures applicable to Subcontract Management
• Manages assigned subcontracts maintaining a continual review of progress and providing management with information regarding projected financial or technical difficulties 
• Coordinates with designated staff on operational activities affecting contractual rights and obligations, subcontract performance, and other major matters 
• Manages less complex contract changes by negotiating with customer personnel and obtaining settlement 
• Communicates information programs to ensure mutual understanding of subcontract terms and conditions
• Prepares periodic status reports for management
