Job Summary:

The Oncology Van Driver provides transportation to patients at ProMedica Toledo Hospital, North Campus Community Health and Wellness Center, The Neuroscience Center and The Diabetes Center. 

You will pick up patients at their homes and ensure they have a comfortable ride to their treatment.  

You will perform safety checks and make sure the vehicle is clean and ready for patient travel.

The position is Per Diem. It will help cover shifts due to gaps in the schedule, vacation and LOAs. The hours may vary per week depending on department needs.

REQUIREMENTS 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 

  • 1 year prior experience  

  • Must hold and maintain an acceptable driver record and must report any changes in their driver's record to leadership in order to be covered under the Organization’s Insurance Policy  

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS 

  • Associates degree or equivalent  

  • 2 years prior experience or equivalent
