Job Description
Summary
The Technical Operations Warehouse Support Specialist is responsible for managing shipments/inventory and providing assistance with studio project builds.
Responsibilities
- Check and receive incoming material shipments and transport them to designated departments/personnel/destinations as well as prepare materials for outbound shipment.
- Reserve/retrieve/deliver required materials for specific jobs and alert management of inventory/materials issues that may affect job deadlines.
- Manage correspondence, provide reports and maintain proper records of inventory as well as ensure safe keeping of inventory/materials.
- Maintain the studio (technical casino table assembly, decorative elements and infrastructure), establish and refine build process, plan resources.
- Participate in the studio equipment maintenance and repair works; maintain maintenance / repair log.
- Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences. Replacement takes place during the working time, and it is not considered as additional work.
- Be available to render assistance during critical situations.
- Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position.
Qualifications
Qualification Requirements and Competences
- Secondary (higher, technical) education or equivalent
- Intermediate skills for operation of standard tools (electric drill, saw, hammer, electric saw, electric screwdriver and stapler)
- Experience working in a similar working field, carpentry or construction will be counted as advantage.
- Experience with wiring and cabling of low voltage (data cables, audio cable etc.) components is a significant asset will be counted as advantage.
- High sense of responsibility
- Willingness to travel on occasion. (Nationally/Internationally)
