We embrace diversity in thought and contribution and are committed to providing an equitable work environment that is foundational to our core values as a company and is vital to our success. </p><p></p><p></p>Corporate Real Estate Senior Vendor Analyst<p></p><p></p><p>Job Summary</p><p>The primary responsibility of the CRE Senior Vendor Analyst is to drive the use of vendor management governance, policy, tools and standards to enable effective and efficient vendor management in CRE.</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>Opportunity Development</p><ul><li><p>Aggregate office spend across functions to drive economies of scale</p></li><li><p>Standardize scope and service provision to level up service delivery and customer experience</p></li><li><p>Collate across geographies or categories to deliver savings, improved terms, fewer vendors, and higher quality service provision</p></li></ul><p>Policy Management</p><ul><li><p>Support the development and maintenance of standard Vendor Management operating policies and procedures, tools and templates to ensure compliance and sourcing excellence</p></li></ul><p>Compliance and Risk Management</p><ul><li><p>Acts as change agent for any compliance or new policy rollouts, including training and communications to the function</p></li><li><p>Ensures CRE’s adherence to company risk standards</p></li><li><p>Draft master and project-based agreements based on the Equinix contract library templates</p></li><li><p>Liaise with the Equinix CRE Business contract manager, Equinix Legal and the vendor to negotiate and agree all terms and condition amendments</p></li><li><p>Ensures use of appropriate contracting templates</p></li><li><p>Uses tools to prove, track and report compliance</p></li><li><p>Compiles and handles CRE vendor database (to include key dates, contract status and spend)</p></li><li><p>Initiates and runs RFP using standardised RFP return forms and templates</p></li></ul><p>Metrics</p><ul><li><p>Monitors key performance indicators (critical metrics) to effectively measure, handle, and visually show the impact and value of CRE</p></li><li><p>Accurately analyses all metrics by region, commodity or cost center</p></li><li><p>Supports the development and maintenance of processes and systems to easily gather and maintain savings pipelines by region, commodity or cost center</p></li><li><p>Ensures data integrity and measurement to agreed to savings definition standards</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Supplier Management</p><ul><li><p>Ensures vendor performance is consistent with agreed contract parameters</p></li><li><p>Ensures all vendors who perform Medium and High risk work are aware of the RAMS and PTW procedures required</p></li><li><p>Participates in key suppliers' quarterly business reviews (QBRs)</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li><p>Degree or equivalent experience in relevant subject (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, Procurement)</p></li><li><p>Shown negotiation and contract management skills</p></li><li><p>Proficient in English Language (written and spoken)</p></li><li><p>Experience in either an outsourced or inhouse Facilities Management department</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in procurement methodologies and practices</p></li><li><p>Stakeholder management</p></li><li><p>Data analytics – able to conduct statistical analysis</p></li><li><p>Global experience</p></li><li><p>Ability to independently develop and handle resources and programs</p></li><li><p>Positive, pleasant and customer centric attitude</p></li><li><p>Interpersonal skills – timely delivery of professional communications to customers and team members</p></li></ul><p>What we offer?</p><ul><li><p>Employment in a stable company with an established position in the market.</p></li><li><p>Possibility to work within fast growing world’s 500 Fortune digital infrastructure company.</p></li><li><p>Challenging job in a dynamic, professional, international and multicultural environment.</p></li><li><p>Possibility to participate in company sponsored trainings package.</p></li><li><p>Employee Assistance Program – assess to free counselling legal and financial consultations and crisis intervention.</p></li><li><p>Paid employee referral program.</p></li><li><p>Opportunity to work in supportive, inclusive environment with P
