POSITION SUMMARY:

Conducts patient chart reviews to assist with hospital-wide performance improvement activities, data collection and analysis. Position will lead accreditation/regulatory preparation, planning and executing for survey readiness. Will manage action plans related to survey findings. Position will work closely with leadership in the facility to manage ongoing survey readiness. 

This position requires the ability to work well with deadlines, work flexible hours, and orchestrate multiple projects and responsibilities successfully.  Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Qualification 

EDUCATION:

• HIGH SCHOOL OR EQUIVALENT (Preferred)
• A.S. OR EQUIVALENT

 

EXPERIENCE: 1 – 2 YEARS

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:  Analytical and grammatical skills are necessary to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.  Must be fluent in spoken and written English.  Must be able to fulfill the essential functions of the position.

Pay Range: $29.06 - $45.06 hourly

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
