About the role
Overall Purpose of The Job
This role will assume is responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and counsel to leaders and managers on issues
pertaining to, performance management, employee relations, talent, work force planning, learning and development,
compensation, and other strategic and executional support. It will also provide distinctive service to their internal clients
through the collaboration with internal partners within the HR team and across the organization in support of other
progressive HR programs and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become knowledgeable of the strategy and priorities of the Company and Business unit in order to provide input
- and deliver solutions propelling the organization forward through our people.
- Ensure service delivery of fundamental HR processes through meaningful metrics, reports and dashboards, and be a highly visible member of clients’ leadership teams.
- Assist management with performance management processes, engaging leadership on assessment and feedback
- efforts to address improvement and development opportunities.
- Coaches’ managers on employee development planning, performance issues and terminations
- Support the execution of the business strategy by co-designing and implementing a business-aligned people
- agenda that delivers value to the business and an exceptional experience to the employees.
- Partnering with HR colleagues, oversees the area execution of all general HR programs including the following:
- performance and talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement and retention, training and
- development, talent acquisition, compensation and employee relations.
- Work with business and HR leadership on annual incentive compensation plan and delivery process
- Recommend innovative HR Best Practices and/or process improvements to increase efficiency and lead various
- HR department initiatives as needed.
- Be able to understand and leverage a broad range of HR and client organizational knowledge for action planning,
- issue prevention and strategic initiative implementation.
- Drive initiatives necessary to embrace and enhance organizational culture.
- Contribute to business and/or organizational strategy by supporting business leaders to identify, prioritize and build
- organizational climate, capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Experience interacting with Vice President and Director level leadership
- Experience with ADP, SuccessFactor and/or MS Office Suite
- Excellent presentation skills and experience presenting to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to prepare and present HR initiatives and programs to management and employees.
- Strong customer service inclination, skills and dispute resolution competencies
- Self-starter, team player
- High level of energy needed for a fast-paced environment where multiple initiatives are happening simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills which include the ability to speak, write and listen in a manner that clarifies issues,
- promotes closure and delivers information in a clear and concise manner and facilitates good decision making is
- required.
- Great interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels of leadership, employees and peers.
- Ability to maintain company and employee confidentiality and handle sensitive proprietary information in an
- appropriate manner.
- Knowledge and understanding of existing and proposed federal and state laws/regulations affecting human
- resources management.

Required Work Experience
- Strong HR Generalist experience (5– 7 years)
- Experience in a fast pace, multinational organization, ideally within the Government contract or related industry
- International experience desired and working in a matrix organization
