Registered Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) - (PRN/On Call)

Newberry Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work PRN in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and to join our exceptional team.

Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the Director of Inpatient Services, the Registered Nurse (RN) prescribes interventions, delegate tasks, and coordinates care of assigned patients. Gives direction and supervision to ancillary staff and gives individualized patient care. Utilizes the nursing (problem solving) process with age-appropriate assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.  

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 6 months in an acute care setting preferred 

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: 

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Carolina
• Basic Life Support/Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (BLS/CPR) and Advanced Cardio Life Support (ACLS) required
