Attendance Clerk

We are currently accepting applications for an Attendance Clerk at Ruskin High School for the 2026-2027 school year. The anticipated start date is July 14, 2026. If interested, please complete and submit an application in AppliTrack. 

Salary ranges from $27,938.00 - $65,831.00 (dependent upon experience and qualifications)

Requirements:

• Collect attendance data during the day.  Input attendance data.
• Contact parents regarding absenteeism of students
• Provide general clerical support to secretarial staff
• Prepare attendance step letters on a regular basis.
• Check students in/out of building who arrive late or leave early during the day
• If applicable, validate residence, provide forms, and input initial data for new enrollees.
• Other duties as assigned by the principal

All persons recommended for employment must pay for ($43.50) and pass an extensive background check through the Division of Family Services, the Missouri Highway Patrol, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
