About the role

USI/ Asteelflash is activity looking for a talented Warehouse / Logistics Manager to join our leadership team here in Milpitas, CA.
The ideal candidate will be responsible to supervise the efficient receipt of storage and dispatch of materials from receiving to shipping.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintains receiving, warehousing, distribution, and shipping operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing programs, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
Set priorities for daily receiving stockroom and shipping activities
Support and implement company initiatives to achieve performance, quality and safety metrics
Ensure employees have the proper PPE and are utilizing them on a consistent basis to mitigate safety risk
Resolve PO discrepancies with suppliers, planners, and/or business unit finance
Ensures materials are picked and kitted, and are available to meet production schedules and/or products are shipped as per marketing schedules
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data systems
To effectively plan and implement receiving, storage, and shipping operations
To understand each area needs regarding stockroom, receiving, and shipping
Make sure all manpower is properly utilized
To supervise stock/receiving controls and process orders
Support and implement company initiatives to achieve performance, quality, and safety metrics
To propose new ideas regarding storage and dispatch methods & processes
To optimize the available space and resources for stockroom activities

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

3-5 years of related working experience within Warehouse/Logistics

This position will be 100% onsite. The expected based salary range for this position, if filled in California, is $115,000-$145,000 annually, dependent on specific skills and work experience. Apply now!
