Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The position is responsible for providing world-class, member-focused premier service in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment, utilizing PC, internet, and ACD phone technology. Responds to member inquiries and refer to licensed service agents when appropriate. Provides cashiering services to members, including taking insurance payments, sending documents, and other administrative tasks. Completes membership and approved insurance transactions and endorsements and resolves billing questions and concerns. Promotes Auto Club Group products and services following established guidelines. Makes outbound follow-up calls to customers in response to questions or complaints. Responds to inquiries from sales reps, insureds, mortgage companies, and other sources regarding existing policies.
May assist other Customer Interaction Centers (e.g., Emergency Road Service, Claims, Membership, Travel, etc.) in servicing members and/or customers when necessary to ensure quality service goals are met.

Required Qualifications
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
Successful completion of Branded Premier Service Training
May be required to attain and maintain state membership licenses as appropriate by the department
Experience in /with:
Providing a high level of customer-focused service
Competently entering information on various screens using a PC keyboard
Navigating through a PC Windows environment, including accessing information from multiple applications
Managing and navigating multiple sources of information and applying them as needed
Performing monetary transactions (e.g., entering key data into the cash terminal, adjusting account balances, etc.
Knowledge and Skills:
Basic mathematical calculations to accurately perform monetary transactions
Productively work in a virtual environment with a designated work location free of distractions
Work and communicate effectively (verbal and written) with others in a virtual work environment
Exceed member expectations relating to professionalism of demeanor, efficient and effective customer service
Work under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced customer service environment
Ability to:
Complete appropriate training relative to all company products and services
Present complex information in a clear, concise manner
Maintain accurate records
Read, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely in the work environment and with the public
Demonstrate effective use of time management
Demonstrate strong skills in the use of PC applications such as Microsoft Office
Promote the sale of all company insurance and membership products
Achieve goals and other performance expectations as defined by management
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to attain and maintain any Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance license for any member state as appropriate in the designated time frame provided by the department.
