About the role

Provide business systems analysis, design, report development, application support, and customer/vendor relations management in support of assigned system on production operations (day-to-day sustaining). Collaborate with key stakeholders, end users and project team members to identify and resolve issues regarding all phases of assigned projects, including assessment, design, testing, training, and implementation.

Responsible for understanding and identifying business problems and issues, recommending solutions, and assisting with implementation of required changes. Performs general system maintenance and end user support functions for a specified Epic application, supporting customers, peers, systems and applications.

  

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related field, OR equivalent combination of education/experience that demonstrates technical competency. Minimum of three (3) years business analysis or systems analysis experience, or comparable health care operational experience. Experience and working knowledge of Epic, using and applying standard principles, theories and concepts. Experience with clinical, hospital and/or financial applications and/or systems.

Required Credentials
Epic certified in modules supported or receive certification within 6 months from employment.

Preferred
At least two (2) years experience using Epic is daily tasks or functions. At least three (3) years experience and knowledge of project management tools and methodologies. Experience with clinical research, hospital, and/or financial applications and/or systems. Background with Clinical Research processes, regulations and reliable methods. Background with basic testing and validation of applications.

Compensation Range

$88,786.00 - $133,180.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
