Some Key Duties:

• Empower lives daily by delivering therapy that is strength-based, recovery-focused, and holistic.
• Lead with purpose as a clinical expert, mentoring peers and guiding care with your knowledge of evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy for adults, children, and families.
• Conduct assessments and intakes to help people tell their stories and take the first step toward healing.
• Deliver crisis intervention and work alongside a multidisciplinary team to respond to urgent mental health needs.
• Support clients through a whole-person lens, considering behavioral health, physical health, and social challenges.
• Contribute to a warm, inclusive, trauma-informed organizational culture.

Qualifications:

• Hold an Oklahoma license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC-MH, or LBP).
• Have a master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
• Bring at least one year of community mental health experience (preferred).
• Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting and enjoy collaborating with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Can balance compassion with clear documentation, productivity, and professionalism.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Oklahoma driver’s license.
• Ability to travel locally for client and program needs.
• Must complete all required trainings and health screenings upon hire
