Regional Director of Integrated Behavioral Health Services oversees the administration, clinical programming, and delivery of integrated behavioral health services. This role requires a blend of clinical expertise and administrative experience, ensuring high-quality care and efficient service delivery. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing program goals, policies, and procedures, as well as managing staff and resources. This position includes oversight of integrated behavioral health services for Wheeling, Reynolds, Wetzel, Barnesville, and Harrison Community hospitals.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1. PHD in Psychology or Equivalent Degree: Focusing on mental health and therapeutic approaches, Social Work: Emphasizing social determinants of health and community-based interventions or Counseling: Specializing in individual and group therapy techniques.
2. Current independent license in the state of practice with supervisory designation (LISW-S or LPCC-S).
EXPERIENCE:
1. 7-10 years leadership experience specifically in a behavioral health setting.
2. Additional training in integrated care models, program development, or specific therapeutic modalities required.
3. Experience working with diverse communities and stakeholders.

1. Oversees the daily operations of the integrated behavioral health program, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
2. Developing and implementing clinical programs that address the mental health and substance use needs of the community.
3. Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards
4. Fostering collaboration and integration between behavioral health services and other healthcare disciplines, such as primary care.
5. Recruiting, training, and supervising a team of behavioral health professionals.
6. Building relationships with community partners and stakeholders to improve access to care and promote mental health awareness.
7. Strategic Planning - Developing and implementing strategic plans to advance the integrated behavioral health program and align - with the organization's overall goals.
8. Implementing performance improvement strategies to optimize caseload management, productivity, and billing for services.
9. Providing crisis management and intervention as needed.
10. Wokes collaboratively with RNI Behavioral Health Services both inpatient and outpatient centers.
11. Develops and oversees a Regional Integrated Behavior Health service for the Northern Region (6 hospitals).
12. Works collaboratively with Population Health Team to address Social Determinates of Health (SDOH) issue within the communities served.
13. Manages grant money to maintain and enhance integrated behavioral health program.
14. Part-time faculty role with Wheeling Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program.
15. SANE Program: provides counseling and education to our SANE nurses.
