As a year-end bonus to associates, Publix issues one month’s extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis with a focus on enterprise systems
• 3+ years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• 3+ years of experience using Azure DevOps or similar tool for all development related activities and reporting.
• 3+ years of experience writing SQL queries.
• 3+ years of experience with various diagramming techniques (e.g., UML, flowcharts, entity relationship diagrams)
• Experience in requirement gathering, use case analysis, and user story creation.
• Experience planning and overseeing all activates associated with delivering solutions in a large-scale distributed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Continued education and certifications for Product Owner or various technical disciplines
• 8+ years’ experience as a Product Owner or Project Lead
• Experience designing highly complex technology solutions considering business requirements, technical requirements, and trends.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and API documentation tools (e.g., Swagger, OpenAPI)
• Understanding of event-driven architecture principles and message queuing systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Hands-on experience with Angular or similar modern JavaScript frameworks in gathering frontend requirements.
• Working knowledge of UX design principles and user research methodologies
• Background in creating user journey maps and wireframes.
• Experience working on efforts involving Azure Services, Azure Data Lake, and/or Azure Databricks
• Experience with Power BI and/or other business intelligence tools.
• Experience with test automation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with financial systems.
