We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead our Houston location. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a customer-first mindset. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, driving sales performance, and maintaining our high standards of visual merchandising and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the daily operations of the retail store

• Hire, train, and supervise team members to ensure top-tier customer service

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking

• Develop sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets

• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained throughout the store

• Handle customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner

• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for upper management

• Ensure compliance with all store policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management

• Strong leadership and team-building abilities

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proven ability to meet sales goals and manage budgets

• Experience with POS systems and inventory software

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
