Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) team is seeking an Associate, Experienced or Lead Systems Engineer Support Analyst - Direct Attack Weapons to join the team located in St. Charles, MO.

Position Responsibilities: 

• Acts as the Direct Attack SEIT Tools and Processes Lead.
• Researches, analyzes, and compiles basic technical data for company products and system-level concepts in the projected operational environments to optimize effectiveness over the program lifecycle.
• Applies systems engineering processes, methodologies and tools to the design of basic system of systems, systems and new product development.
• Derives and develops basic architectures, functional requirements, refinements and product designs.
• Assists in the integration of technical, cost, value, risks and specialty engineering considerations into definition of the product.
• Interfaces with other members of the project or program teams, management, sales and marketing staff, customers and suppliers to meet group, organization and company objectives.
• Works under general supervision

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience):  (see education and experience for the levels below)

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 1 or more years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Level 3 - 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Level 4 - 9 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with CAMEO, JIRA, DOORS, BORIS, SharePoint, Teamcenter, or SysML

Typical Education/Experience: 

Associate / Level 2

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master, 6 year's related work experience, etc.).

Experienced / Level 3 

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.).

Lead / Level 4

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.)
