Must-haves:
- Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or other related discipline and typically 6 or more years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of engineering principles and practices
- Understanding of Computer Aided Engineering tools
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary design & development teams
Preferred:
- Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry
- Experience in analog, digital, and Radio Frequency (RF) circuit design and schematic capture
- Understanding of the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) layout processes and tools, including MIL-PRF-31032, MIL-PRF-50884, MIL-PRF-55110, IPC-6012, IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, and Cadence Allegro
- Experience performing Electrical Load Analyses (ELAs) and circuit modeling, simulation, and analysis
- Exposure to simulations through functional models, logical models, and system analyses
- Knowledge of industry-standard electrical design principles, to include, but not limited to model-based definition, electrical component selection, manufacturing, and production processes
- Understanding of Electromagnetic Environment (EME) impacts to electronics, including Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) and Electromagnetic Interference (EMI)
- Familiarity with design requirements related to High Intensity Radiated Field (HIRF) and Indirect Effects of Lightning (IEL)
- Knowledge of PCB, equipment, and subsystem certification in aerospace environments

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $104,827.91 - $144,138.38.
