Compensation Range: $80,000 to $120,000 with Base + Incentives
How does our Sales Manager Drive Impact?Our Sales Manager will be someone who wants to manage the everyday operations of the store, along with developing their staff with continuous mentorship, training and development. Some of the responsibilities would include:Manage the efforts of vehicle salespeople to enhance the customer satisfaction rating of the dealership and exceed the minimum standard for the Customer Satisfaction IndexMaintain positive relationships with internal and external customers and vendors.

What We're Looking For:
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- High level of detail orientation and accuracy while having the ability to multi-task, handle frequent interruptions, and shifting priorities.
- Proven experience working within a team environment.
- Familiarity with using Microsoft Office and being able to utilize other computer programs as needed.
- This position will require you to move around the dealership and is not limited to sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting.
