<h3>Your mission</h3>
<p><span>As a Senior Systems Engineer, you and your team will play a pivotal role in integrating and verifying our advanced photonic and electronic systems. Your responsibilities will extend beyond assembly and testing – you’ll be the bridge between innovative design and proven performance. By running experiments on new components and concepts, you’ll contribute directly to the future of our groundbreaking technology.</span></p><h3><span><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></h3><ul><li><strong>Integration & Verification:</strong> Lead the assemble, test, and troubleshoot of photonic circuits and high-speed electronic systems in our labs.</li><li><strong>Experimentation</strong>: Design and execute experiments to evaluate new components, materials, and ideas.</li><li><strong>System Optimization</strong>: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet performance specifications and identify areas for improvement.</li><li><strong>Data Analysis</strong>: Analyze experimental results and system performance, providing feedback to the R&D and design teams.</li><li><strong>Documentation</strong>: Maintain detailed records of integration processes, experimental setups, and results.</li></ul>
<h3>Your profile</h3>
<ul><li><strong>Experience</strong>: Proven integration and test experience with photonic circuit and high-speed electronics, analog and digital.</li><li><strong>Educational Background</strong>: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Photonics, or a related field.</li><li><strong>Technical Skills</strong>:<ul><li>Hands-on expertise in lab environments, including testing and troubleshooting.</li><li>Knowledge of photonic and electronic components (e.g., lasers, modulators, fibers, amplifiers, high-speed ADCs/DACs, FPGAs).</li><li>Proficiency in measurement tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers).</li></ul></li><li><strong>Soft Skills</strong>:<ul><li>Strong analytical skills to quickly assess challenges in the lab and make sound, data-driven decisions.</li><li>Clear and concise communication skills to ensure that goals, tasks, and feedback are understood.</li><li>The ability to inspire, guide, and support team members while fostering their professional growth.</li><li>Self-starter with a passion for experimentation and innovation.</li></ul></li></ul>
