Role purpose
As a Senior Principal – Account Management you will build and manage long-term relationships with strategic customers by comprehending their requirements and offering sales solutions. Develops and executes sales strategies and plans based on a deep understanding of the account. You will be in charge for expanding our sales accounts; driving sales; generating new business sales within your nominated account or set of accounts. You are ultimately accountable for all activities within the account you are responsible for.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
Manage a geographical sales team, operations, and resources to deliver profitable growth across the globe
Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel, and partner programs
Locates opportunities to expand client base.
Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
Lead and motivate of a matrixed cross functional account team including Customer Success, Delivery and Technical
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to make compelling presentations to an audience of diverse and senior business stakeholders
Establish effective collaborative relations with other departments within the business unit or external organizations.
In-depth knowledge of Airline Industry
Proven experience of managing large global teams in a multinational environment.
An entrepreneurial mindset
Experience managing P&L, Sales Cycles, budgeting and Operations
Management Graduate or equivalent
