Our peer-review platform manages 100 of thousands of manuscripts each year and is powering all of our peer-review activities.</p><p>This is a high-impact role that will collaborate closely with Publishing leadership, other Product Managers, and Technology teams. Your goal is to deliver a seamless, efficient, and integrated workspace experience for internal users, ensuring the tools are tightly aligned with operational needs and publishing priorities.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for the Core team.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for the core peer-review workflows and platform improvement initiatives within Publishing Operations.</li><li>Work closely with the Research Integrity, Review Operations, and Production teams to deeply understand their processes, challenges, and needs.</li><li>Partner with Product Managers of the core publishing platform to ensure seamless integration and data flow between systems.</li><li>Translate operational requirements into clear user stories and collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions.</li><li>Coordinate product launch with our Publishing Operations counterpart ensuring effective delivery of your work without negatively impacting operations.</li><li>Monitor platform performance, gather user feedback, and continuously iterate to improve the user experience.</li><li>Ensure data integrity, automation quality, and platform stability.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Product Manager, or Product Owner on software applications.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skill and ability to federate through strong rationale and collaboration</li><li>Demonstrated technical skills especially on workflows and architecture.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and prior experience in this area – demonstrated ability to drive insights from data.</li><li>Experience working in cross-functional teams with engineers, administrators, and end-users and lead discussion through critical thinking.</li><li>Solid communication skills in English, both written and verbal</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Ideal experience</b></p><ul><li>Existing understanding of publishing workflows.</li><li>Experience in academic or scientific publishing operations.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><h2></h2><h1><b>Apply now</b></h1><p></p><p>Please click the 'apply' button on this page and submit your application in English.</p><p><br/>Please inform us if you require any special accommodations to participate fully in our recruitment experience.
