The Opportunity 

As a Clinical Supervisor at our Littleton, New Hampshire urgent care clinic, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring day-to-day operational efficiency while contributing to the clinic’s long-term strategic goals within ConvenientMD.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations, team leadership, and workflow coordination, and must hold an active clinical license as an RN, LPN, Medical Assistant, or EMT-B/Paramedic.

This is a dual-role position: in addition to practice supervisory responsibilities, you will be required to support clinical operations by working scheduled clinical shifts in your licensed role, actively practicing alongside your team as part of the clinical staffing model.

Your Impact

  • Operational Supervision: Oversee and optimize daily clinic operations to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
    • Assist with scheduling operations for the clinic, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and staff to meet patient needs.
    • Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to maintain a high standard of patient service.
    • Enforce clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Act as the point of contact for any patient feedback, working with the Medical Leadership team to address concerns.
    • Place and manage orders for medical supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials in a timely and cost-effective manner.
    • Coordinate with the finance department to track expenses related to supplies and ensure adherence to the budget.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and engage clinic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative and supportive work environment.
    • Support performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to enhance staff development.
    • Foster teamwork and effective communication among all clinic team members.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Practice Manager and Regional Leadership team (Director of Operations & Medical Director) to contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
    • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
    • Implement strategies to enhance the clinic's market presence and community engagement.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation criteria.
    • Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Partner with your Regional Leadership along with corporate resources to ensure effective communication and goal alignment.

Who You Are 

  • Team leader: Demonstrated success in mentoring and growing teams.
  • Experience in similar roles: Demonstrated skills in medical supervision, human resources, and data analysis.
  • Driven and self-motivated: Ability to work independently, possess a level of initiative and enthusiasm to help drive results.
  • Effective communicator (written and verbal) and cross collaborator: Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Knowledge of healthcare or adjacent industry: Familiarity with medical billing systems, basic medical coding, and basic medical terminology.
  • Technically savvy: Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically SharePoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Availability: Work in clinic Monday through Friday with a rotating on-call for weekends and flexibility to support the opening and closing of cli
