Project Safety Coordinator needed - Houston, TX

About the role

Code Red Safety is looking for a Project Safety Coordinator (PSC) for a construction project at the UT MD Anderson in Houston, TX. The project is already in progress. The standard schedule is 40 hours per week and the project is estimated to run for several more months. Local candidates only as there is no per diem or travel pay available.

Candidates MUST meet the below requirements:

6 years of the past recent 7 years of work history must have been dedicated solely to building construction safety.
Must have a valid OSHA 500 or 502 Train the Trainer in Occupational Safety and Health for Construction Industry
Must have a valid FA/CPR Card
Must have additional continuing education training in areas such as electrical safety, excavation, incident investigation, fall protection, scaffold and confined space.
Must be able to pass a drug test & background check.
