Qualifications

Principal Accountabilities

• Operating stand up fork lift moving boxes of product
• Lifting and handling of product and boxes
• Ensuring food safety and quality
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Cleanliness and housekeeping

Responsible for some paperwork and other miscellaneous duties

Required Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be willing to obtain Fork Lift Driver’s Certification
• Must be dependable and able to work flexible hours
• Willing to be trained and fill in as a back-up lead.
• Basic computer skills and willing to learn iPFS software.
• Willing to work flexible hours or shifts.
  
  Preferred Qualifications
• Previous warehousing experience
• Previous Cargill experience
• Work history in the past 12 months
