Salesforce Senior Technical Slack Architect

We are seeking a senior Salesforce Architect with deep expertise across the full Salesforce platform, and specialized experience implementing Slack as a core part of Salesforce‑driven workflows. This role will lead transformation projects that deliver Slack‑first, AI‑enabled selling experiences, leveraging Salesforce, Slack, Agentforce, and modern AI technologies to redefine how sellers work.

The ideal candidate has a strong command of Sales Cloud, platform architecture, integrations, and data models, and brings hands‑on experience designing collaborative, cross‑functional sales experiences within Slack. This architect will guide customers through visioning, solution design, implementation, and adoption of Slack as the primary interface layer for Salesforce‑powered sales motions. This role will require up to 25% travel annually.

• Serve as the primary Salesforce architect for customer transformation programs
• Design end‑to‑end Salesforce architectures spanning:
  • Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud
  • Platform/Lightning
  • Integrations & APIs
  • Data & security models
• Ensure architectures scale, follow best practices, and unlock business value across the customer lifecycle

Slack‑First Selling Experience Design

• Lead the design of Slack‑based user experiences that bring Salesforce data, actions, and workflows directly into Slack
• Architect Slack solutions including:
  • Account and opportunity–based channels
  • Deal rooms and collaboration workspaces
  • Workflow automation and alerts
  • Salesforce–Slack integration patterns and governance
• Define best‑practice patterns for enabling sellers and customer teams to work primarily in Slack, reducing time in the traditional Salesforce UI

AI, Agentforce & Agentic Workflow Integration

• Architect Agentforce and AI‑enabled workflows embedded in Slack and Salesforce
• Design agentic solutions that support:
  • Next‑best‑action recommendations
  • Automated follow‑ups and task execution
  • Forecasting and pipeline insights
  • Context‑aware conversational interactions in Slack
• Define trust, control, and security patterns for enterprise AI usage

Client Consulting & Transformation Delivery

• Lead client discovery, visioning, and roadmap sessions for Slack‑first Salesforce experiences
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
• Communicate architectural decisions and tradeoffs to stakeholders at all levels
• Guide customers through adoption, change management, and operationalization of new Slack‑based workflows
• Support pre‑sales, proposals, and client solutioning as a senior SME

Practice & Capability Development
