Associate, Category Sales Strategy & Operations

The Category Sales Strategy & Operations team is looking for an Associate who will play a critical role in driving the discovery, testing, and implementation of programs & initiatives to build a world-class sales organization at Wayfair. This is an opportunity to wear multiple hats and drive impactful change in a highly visible, cross-functional role. What You’ll Do

• Pursue innovative ideas that question the status quo, devise a testing agenda to prove concepts, and utilize data to determine the value and if/when a solution should be pursued.
• Own projects end-to-end to ensure that programs & initiatives launch as planned. You will need to wear multiple hats and collaborate cross-functionally, developing your critical thinking and communication skills.
• Build a strong understanding of B2C sales operations and metrics that impact overall business performance to deliver regular and ad hoc reporting
• Understand the needs of our frontline teams to build and deliver a world-class customer and agent experience
• Join forces with analytics, data science, engineering, product management, and sales enablement teams to execute on strategic priorities
• Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify operational improvement opportunities
  
  

What You'll Need

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
