Store Manager

Our client is a growing retail apparel and fashion company, in more than 35 countries with over 350 points of sales. They have a large part of the operations based in Portugal. We are looking for an experienced Store Manager for their team in Paris.

Requirements

Brief Description: Leverage your expertise and your team to enhance the performance of your store. You will lead, recruit, train, and motivate your sales team. As a true Manager, you will work with them to optimize performance indicators (PM, IV, TT). Enthusiastic and fond of challenges, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction in your store by implementing our client's daily commercial policy.

Are you passionate about fashion with at least 3 years of successful experience in a similar role, ideally in the ready-to-wear sector? You are known for your charisma, leadership, and organizational skills. Do you want to succeed and grow within a young, dynamic, and rapidly developing company? Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, recruit, train, and motivate the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in the fashion or ready-to-wear sector.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Charismatic and enthusiastic about challenges.
• Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, or English is a plus.
